cover letter 求职信
A cover letter is a letter that explains your interest in a job position. 求职信是说明你对某个工作职位感兴趣的信。
You can send a cover letter with your resume when you apply for a job. 当你申请工作时，你可以把求职信和简历一起寄出去。
You can start your cover letter like this: 求职信可以这样开头:
I am writing to express my interest in the Software Engineer position at your company. 我写这封信是想表达我对贵公司软件工程师一职的兴趣。
qualification 资格
Your qualifications are the accomplishments[成就] or skills that make you qualified for a job.你的资格是指你取得的成就或技能，使你能胜任一份工作
They can include work experience, educational background, or even personal projects. 它们可以包括工作经历、教育背景，甚至个人项目。
In your cover letter, show how your qualifications meet a job's requirements.在求职信中，说明你的资历如何符合工作要求。

requirement 要求
Requirements are the skills and experience necessary to do a job. 要求是做一项工作所必需的技能和经验
They can include job history, language skills, or computer skills. 包括工作经历、语言技能或计算机技能。
Make sure you meet most of the job's requirements before applying for it. 在申请之前，确保你符合这份工作的大部分要求。
If a job requires you to be proficient in English, you can write this in your cover letter: 如果一份工作需要你精通英语，你可以在求职信中这样写:

reference 推荐人
A reference is someone who can talk to an employer about your work experience. 推荐人可以和雇主谈论你的工作经历。
References can include a former employer, a teacher, or even a friend. 推荐信可以包括以前的雇主，老师，甚至是朋友。
You should choose someone who knows you well as a reference. 你应该选择熟悉你的人做推荐人。
You should request permission before using someone as your reference. 在请人作推荐人之前，你应该征得同意。
