This day l was late for the sleep.because of the homework.

when l awake up in the morning.and the bellis  ring in the 6：30. l hate myself.why not get to early fall asleep .

if you can lay up in the bed in 11pm，this is good hobbit for myself. before l stay in home.l never go thought the midnight.

l really realize the stay up late that is hard for my day to day life. so that l need to get rid of this.

Therefore. please, Stopping go to bed late. in order to the well body.
