Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my subscription of your product X magazine.
As a regular customer who was impressed by the quality magazine, I was incredibly disappointed by your misleading advertisement. When I saw the advertisement “12 weeks for 12 £”, I subscribed your magazine without hesitation, since for me it was a reasonable price. And I recommended one of my friends subscribe as well because of the acceptable price.
After 12 issues, the magazine was automatically sent to me by mail without my consent. I thought that “12 weeks for 12 £” still worked, and at some points I even believed that your cared customers very much. However, I did not realize the fact that each issue cost me over 4 pounds until yesterday I received your letter. It was when I checked my payment yesterday, I found, to my surprise, 53 pounds was deducted from my card, without my consent and without any notice! It was just unbelievable! The letter I received yesterday states that I have to pay another 53 pounds for 13 issues, which I cannot accept as well. As I mentioned above, it was due to your misleading advertisement. And when I subscribed it at the very beginning, I just subscribed for only 12 issues.
Had I known your misleading advertisement, I would definitely not have subscribe it.
For the reasons I presented above, I therefore request a full refund of 53 pounds, and that stop charging me for the 53 pounds you stated.
As one of the global prestigious magazines, your company should care more about customers, otherwise, I believe that your reputation will be definitely tarnished.
