如若
莫徯 译
若周身之人皆失智且咒骂于君，君仍存志；若周身之人皆疑君，君仍信己，且消众之疑虑；若君择待，需锲而不舍。 勿为人所欺而欺他人，勿为人所恶（wù）而恶他人，勿虚有其表，勿夸夸其谈。如若君有所梦，勿为梦所宰；如若君有所思，勿以所思为志。无论君胜亦或大窘，同以二者为欺者。若君可承尝言之真相，为恶者所扭曲，为痴者设陷。亲见君以命而护之物见破，折腰，以破旧之具修其。如若君可后万千之荣耀而孤注一掷，败而再战，且无言于败；如若君可迫使其身心投于此持久之战，即皆走，即君之心中无一物，仍需坚持不懈。惟信念语于君:“持之以恒！”即与乌鸦语，亦需德；即与王同行，勿失亲举。如若敌及友皆不加害于君；如若众人皆信于君，然不多赖于君； 如若君可走六弹指之路以代不可谅之同时，君拥天下，拥万物。故明朝，君即为中流砥柱之人，吾等即以君为荣。

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or, being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or, being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise;
If you can dream - and not make dreams your master;
If you can think - and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with triumph and disaster
And treat those two imposters just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to broken,
And stoop and build 'em up with wornout tools;
If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breath a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew

And so hold on when there is nothing in you

With sixty seconds' worth of distance run -
