我有二个标签，“做财务”、“提供价值”。
第一个标签“做财务”。我学的是会计专业，前前后后在国企和外企里做了20年的财务。你们都知道赵云的女朋友是“头马”，而我那时的男朋友则是“EXCEL”。我每天与“EXCEL”为伴，一路升级打怪，从年轻的“表妹”做到资深的“表姐”，再从资深的“表姐”发展成一个带领17人团队的“表嫂”。我以为我会这样一直工作下去，最后成为一位“表奶奶”然后光荣退休。
但是人生处处有惊喜，一天HR来找我，对我说，公司决定一次性给你发一年的工资，你以后就不要来公司上班了。
就这样，在我42岁的时候，我失业了。
这次被裁，对我的打击很大。因为我一直很自信，自己是中国注册会计师，英国的ACCA，完全可以胜任工作，但是没想到自己是活在别人的评价标准里。
我决定，不再找工作做财务了，我不想一直活在别人的评判标准里，我给我自己定了一个标准，做一个可以为他人提供价值的人。
所以我的第二个标签就是“提供价值”。
2017年-2020年，我开了自己的工作室提供家庭装修服务，我做公益结对帮助广西白裤族失学儿童，我加入头马，做接待官、财务官、做VPE、做主席。
今年我做大区财务官，希望能为大家服务，为85大区尽绵薄之力，为在座各位、为头马提供价值。
Hi Rob, below is my self-introduction for your information.
I define myself using two tags: an accountant and the one who provides value.
Lets start with the first tag "an accountant". Accounting was my major, and I worked as an accountant in domestic and foreign companies for 20 years. Throughout these years, Microsoft Excel was my most intimate companion. I was raising in rank, getting promoted from a nobody to a leader of a 17 people team. I imagined becoming the manager one day, and I felt confident about retiring with praises and flowers.
However, surprises find you in life. One day, the HR came to me and told me that my company decided to pay me an entire year's salary in advance. In return, I was fired.
This hit me hard. For so long I was confident that because I am a Chinese Certified Public Accountant and ACCA in Britain I am more than capable to handle my job. It turns out that I was simply living in others' value systems.
I decided to not be an accountant anymore. I do not want to live under the shadow of others' judgement and values. I told myself that I need to create values by myself.
So, I have my second tag "the one who provides value"
From 2017 to 2020, I opened my own workshop to provide interior design services. I advocated for the welling being and happiness of Guangxi children who cannot even receive a proper education. I joined Toastmaster and played a variety of different officer roles, such as SAA, Treasurer, VPE and President.
This year, I has been appointed to be the Finance Manager of D85. I would like to make myself useful for the community of district 85 and provide value for you and for Toastmasters
