try to talk with anyone just like interview people
1.dont multitask(be present,be in that moment )
2.don't pontificate(that ture listening requires a setting aside of oneself)
3.use open-ended questions(start your question with who,what,when,where,why or how)
4.if you don't know,say that you don't know.
5.dont equate you experience with theirs.(it's not the same.it is never the same)
6.stay out of the weeds
7.listen!
8.be brief(a good conversation is like a miniskirt;short enough to retain interest,but long enough to cover the subject.)
