I am a person without talkative, because not best at summary, this is my weakness. Lack of this kind of ability already affected my career. I ever tried several ways to change it, but didn't get effective improvement. My friends evaluated me to be a good listener. I think so. But the actual situation is not.
We were studying and discussing about listening of project 1 of leadership online at night of this Tuesday. Everyone hopes to turn into a respected person and a main character in the team even if he not a leader, hopes suggestions are accepted by team members, and resolves conflict to complete each project with them. This is leadership. Listening is a basis of all.
How well does my listening, I get scores 19, which means I am a good listener. But my weakness is summary hasn’t been good improved.
I want to learn to be a better listener. Do more efforts, come on.
