题目：One way to solve the problem of parking in inner city areas is to have large car parks around the city centre and a public transport network to take people around the inner city. Inner city parking would then be limited and very expensive. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this approach to urban planning?

In the present age, the issue of the problem of parking in inner city areas is increasingly severe. But the meantime, whether build the large car parks around the inner city has sparked much debate. Some people assert that park the car around the city and use public transport to arrive inner city is  cheaper while many others argue that park the  around the inner city is not convenient.

The lack of downtown parking and high prices effectively reduce the number of vehicles entering the city center, effectively control and reduce traffic jams. Reduce tail-gas pollution in the city center and keep the air clean and fresh in the city center, conducive to shaping a good city image. Convenient public transportation network increases the flow of people to the city center, also develop the healthy way to going out.

However, lack of parking spaces and expensive parking made some people who used to drive out less go to inner city, not conducive to the development of downtown economy. The quality of people in and out of the city center has changed, urban rhythm has reduced. Some part of the downtown facility and service is no longer unique.
