英语教学培训总结

The Better EDU training has been for a very long time.We now learn about the topic class opening meeting for adults.

First,we are exposed to an morning class for the topic about the definition,purpose, the meaning , the whole procedures of the adult’s meeting,and how to open a morning meeting for the adults.

Definition

The class opening meeting is a kind of organization that organized by the schools or teachers to have a face to face communication and introduction.In the meanwhile,the meeting is also a way for students’ parents and their teachers to be familiar with each other so that the talk can be more direct and effective.And it provides with parents and kids a sense of ceremony to let us know we are opening a class.

Before the class

When the sales has enough customers,the teaching department should be sure of the opening time,opening classroom and the class teachers,study consultant will tell the detailed time.

The CC will pass the information book to teachers,let teachers know the situation of the kids and be prepared for the class.

When the warm-up is over,send the opening announcement to the class,then to call the adults one by one,With a brief introduction and other tips.

My feelings and ideas:

The Chinese teacher has a responsibility to let students and their adults know the demo class.Their information can be exchanged sometimes .

Communication between teachers and parents as we know is so important to our teaching.By this,we can know the kids character and behavior after class ,let their parents cooperate with us to improve their studies.We can see the kids’ growth day by day.For example,if we take records everyday to write down kids’ dictation result in the class book,the study feedback will be more and more immediate and effective.
