感悟：这首儿歌我跟闺女接触的最早，可是其中有些词一直没有确定，像"dried up all the rain" ，up 被弱读的直接听不清。这次抱着弄清一切的态度，听写出了所有词汇，终于可以跟闺女好好一起唱了，认真一点不能糊弄！

Covey introduced a thought-provoking mental experience, your own funeral. And then he shared a question "what kind of person do you want your relatives and family members think?
What do want to leave for your associate ?
What do you want to leave for the society ? " I think that means what is your mission of your life ? What is your goal in your short term? "
3 everything is created twice
First we plan out the future , then we apply the blueprint into practice. Like the carpenter , " measure twice , then act " . The other sentence I love is " what lies behind us and in front of us is tiny compared what lies within us "
The direction and destination is more important than the postive attitude and diligence . Like the one said wrong direction is like " straighten a chair in Titanic " , if we choose the wrong and doomed direction , maybe we double our speed , that just accelerats the failure . Like I took the interior decoration in 2011, I spent a whole moth to design every equipment in our house , changed the blueprint for server all times, when I am ready , the project proceeded fluently .

What is leardship ?
Peter duruke " leadership is doing the right thing, management is doing the thing right "
As I witnessed and experienced , the society and schools forced the student learned tons of knowledge, they didn't think why ? Just a stupid certification paper? They taught a lot of techniques how to pass kinds of exams . What about the competences ?
Friends around me they are passionate , they have dreams for their future , they want to earn a lot of money , have a bit house. But they know nothing about their core part . Who they are? Why they exist ?
4 the end means a new start
Covey maybe shared a action plan at the end party of this chapter , for me it not adequate , when I turned to the postive psychology in 2014, I found that we , each huamnbeing , are unique. But how to distinguish our talents and potentials? How to measure our personality? How to know our motivation desire ?
感悟：从开始学习心理学开始，，一直困扰我的问题是对于性格差异很大的团队该用什么来驱动。最初我天真的想应该是高于任何物质金钱之类，匹配人内心深层次的欲望的东西才够资格。后来加入了头马，我慢慢懂得了需要的是使命。或许只有使命能让我们摒弃一己之私，摒弃对方的那些无关紧要的瑕疵，随时为对方做好补位，随时准备为了团队奉献自己，没有完美的个人，只有完美的团队。团队成员具有共同使命感高于一切，选择匹配的成员凌驾于通过培养和训练做出的后期努力。
