I just listen to an aticle , called the way to be generous to future is just live in the moment.
It reminds me about my inner struggle all last month long.I felt depressed last month because of unsatisfactory about my life. I thought I need to change something but I didn't act upon my promise, thus causing more discontents and having a strong sense of inferiority complex. I blamed all my failure to external factors. I didn't enjoy my life. Life to me was mere a bitter and tough experience. Oneday all my negative emotions erupted and I shed all my sorrow tears. Thanks to a book called live in the moment , I recovered.
The book shares the same experience about the author and how she conquer the struggle. The only way is to live in the moment and be attentive to everything you see , hear, touch, smell and feel. Slow down, concentrate on the moment and thanks for everything at the moment, ignoring the failure from the past and anxiety to the future.
Nowadays, more and more people feel anxious about life and work. When they do the things on hand , they worry about the next. Some of them cannot get into sleep without sleeping pills. They live a life not worthy of life, no interests , no happiness , no hope, just like a work machine. So don't let you to be trapped in this situation, and live in the moment. Try your best to treat everything even if it is small and unimportant, such as washing and cooking.
