Push-up against wall, with wide space and narrow space
BACK
Anti-push-up against sofa, with dog style, with dumbbell
LEG

As for the cupping methods, I didn't remember the accurate names of all the acupuncture point but the positions, and as the doctor in the videos said, to do it regularly 3-4 times a week except for the menstrual period, all the tips above can help you to gradually form a healthy life habbit and fall in love with your own body!
