This week I do not need to teach freshmen to read English so I have enough time to finish my task of the excellent class, but I still did not finished. That because I did not arrange my schedule well and I was not efficient and concentrated. One important point need to be correct is that I should be more independent from my smart phone. If there have not any important thing, then I can use my phone only when I have finished all things which are needed be finished. Another fatal thing is movie, I must control the urge of it until I have finished my homework and task.

Finally, to find a positive way to get out of unhappy next time.
