My girlfriend mentioned about what I eat every day. Frankly speaking, I've been accustomed to such a random eating habit although I know it's not good for my health. Every time I come home from my working city, my mom would cook so much food for me but I eat very little which seems that my stomach couldn't tolerate such a feast. More and more young people like me choose to order food every day for every meal. My married colleagues told me that they order food or eat outside with their partner for every dinner. Aside from that they admit they couldn't cook well, another main reason is that they are so tired after work and only want to eat ready-made food. The kitchen has been an abandoned place.
I have milk and bread for breakfast and order food on line for the lunch which is the most important and most sumptuous meal for me every day. And dinner is the simplest, maybe a few biscuits or one bowl of noodles. My eating habit is a typical pattern which echoes with most of the young people who lives alone.
When the takeout wasn't so popular like today, the food was very limited. But now, we could order any food we want eat online and it takes about within 20 minuets or even less after we pay the check online. We are pushed out of the kitchen by the advanced technology. More and more services provided to us are snacklike consumptions and easily reached.
We should slow down our pace, learn to cook and make a good meal for ourselves every now and then.
