[1] Do you ever feel that you could be more loving towards a person if only they would change or behave in a different way?

[2] Conditional love depends upon each person keeping their side in an emotional deal (usually unspoken),  

有条件的爱是建立在每个人都把自己置身于情感交易之中（通常是不说出口的），

whereas unconditional love  opens the hearts of the giver and the receiver.

而无条件的爱则能打开双方的心扉。

[3] Learn to love without conditions; love people just the way they are.

学会无条件地去爱；爱人们本来的样子。

If someone is irritating you, say to yourself, “I love you just the way you are.”

如果有人激怒了你，就对自己说，“我就是爱你本来的样子。”

[4] Loving unconditionally is not easy, but it gets easier the more you practice. 

无条件地去爱并不容易，但你练习得越多，它就变得越容易。

This way of loving brings forgiveness  and peace.

这种爱的方式能带来宽恕和安宁。
