Just the moment,the music turns to crescendo, and three female cats sit on the podium singing "but when the day's hustle and bustle is done,then the Gumbie cat's work is but hardly begun ……". The Gumbie cat strides toward the center of the stage,and bends down to command a group of mice kneeling down before her.
With the allegro goes on, the Gumbie cat takes off her heavy coat with tiger stripes and leopard spots and then comes the lively heroine in solemn drum beats and trumpets.A team of mice gathers into a matrix,salutes to their leader and accepts her check.Kicking legs and spinning in a line,their footsteps drop on the floor.All of them are leaping and kicking back and forth in a place.In the end, the Gumbie cat ends in a posture with her arms stretching out.
