At first, l have to admit that l couldn't control my free time, and l always find that l don't have time, time just flies. lt seems ridiculous for me to use How to Gain Control of Your Free Time as my title. But don't laugh me, please, because l just wanna share some good thoughts with you. Maybe we will learn something benefit from it. Anyway, hope you guys will love it.
When people talk about time management, almost of them assume that there have lots of tips and tricks for saving bits of time here and there. And l am the one, sometimes l am trying to read some articles that are doing a long story alone these lines from the subscription accounts, which was generally on how to help readers find an extra hour in a day. And the idea is that we will shave bits of time off everyday activities, add it up, and we will have time for the good stuff. Since before, l has been using this way to squeeze my time for memorizing English words or doing some reading.
And it really helped me save time, but the problem comes, l couldn't concentrate on one thing. And l have to spend more time on each little thing. But l still think l gained time from my free time.
After a long time, l watched a video in TED, and then l changed my tune. The speaker is a smart wisdom woman, and she gave listeners a host of simple examples to compare the better way to control our free time. Actually, she is right, even if we are busy, we still have time for what matters, and when we focus on what matters, we can build the lives we want in the time we have got.
After reading, l hope you have got your own answer in this question, and my answer is Follow Your Heart and Do What Matters.
