人生三長，境遞而心升；歲華三煉，行深而智明。
其一曰：悟己非寰宇之樞，乃知世事多維，人心有異。於是釋己之執，學會體諒；懷恩之念，懂得感銘。從茲目中有人，不復孤高自許；胸中有度，漸能和光同塵。
其二曰：覺力有不逮之時，縱竭誠盡志，難挽逝水東流。於是安命之常，學會接納；釋執之累，懂得放手。從茲直面現實，不復癡迷妄念；順應時勢，漸能豁然通達。
其三曰：明知事有不可為，然秉初心之向，仍願奮力爭之。於是砥礪堅持之性，涵養忍耐之德；得隨心而行之勇，懷無悔以赴之誠。從茲志之所向，不懼道阻且長；心之所往，自能篤行不怠。
余之感悟，蓋有三境：
1）沐愛而長，順其自然以成人；
2）承續生命，有意識而育後昆；
3）融於天地，伴花蟲魚鳥以棲遲；安於日常，隨柴米油鹽而度歲；樂於雅趣，以琴棋書畫而修身；暢於行走，逐春秋冬夏而放歌。
Life bears three phases of growth, where realms advance and the heart ascends; years forge three refinements, where deeds deepen and wisdom brightens.
The first: To realize one is not the pivot of the universe, then understand the world’s multiplicity and the uniqueness of hearts. Thus, let go of self-obsession, learn to empathize; cherish gratitude, learn to appreciate. From then on, see others truly, no longer arrogant in solitude; hold moderation in mind, gradually blend with all under heaven.
The second: To perceive moments of powerlessness—even with wholehearted striving, one cannot turn back the flowing river. Thus, accept the constancy of fate, learn to embrace; release the burden of clinging, learn to let go. From then on, face reality squarely, no longer lost in delusions; adapt to the times, gradually attain clarity and ease.
The third: To know clearly what cannot be done, yet uphold the original aspiration and resolve to strive bravely. Thus, temper the virtue of perseverance, nurture the quality of endurance; gain the courage to follow one’s heart, harbor the sincerity to pursue without regret. From then on, where ambition leads, fear not the long and arduous path; where the heart wanders, steadfastly march forward without hesitation.
My insights consist of three realms:
1. Growing up bathed in love, maturing naturally with the flow of life;
2. Continuing the legacy of life, consciously raising the next generation;
3. Merging with heaven and earth, dwelling amid flowers, insects, fish, and birds; settling into daily life, passing years with firewood, rice, oil, and salt; indulging in elegant pursuits, cultivating the self through qin, qi, shu, hua; wandering freely, singing aloud as spring, summer, autumn, and winter unfold.
