What will you do when you feel down or depressed ?
Normally, I listen to soft music, classical music to put you in a good mood again.
Then, meditation in a silent space, to think about who you are, what you do,where you go.
Thirdly, exercise as tired as possible. To remove all of your distress, have a great sleep.
Lastly, think about your potential and eustress which is feel good. Clam down. Make a new schedule, go for it.
