Hi, everyone, Today want to talk about something important, the balance between work and life. Many people work very hard. They have jobs, meetings, and many things to do. Some people are always busy. They do not have time to rest. They feel tired every day. This can make them feel sad, angry,or sick.
This is called burnout. What is burnout? Burnout means you feel very tired, not just in your body, but in your mind ,too. You don’t want to work. You feel unhappy. You may not sleep well. You may feel stress all the time. This can happen when we work too much, and forget to rest or enjoy life.
In fact, everyone must do something we all do every day: sleep.Good sleep is very important for our health,but many people have trouble sleeping well. Last year, I had a big problem with sleep. I would stay up late watching videos or playing with my phone. Then in the morning,I felt tired and couldn’t focus at work. I knew I needed to change something. Every night was the same. I would lie in bed looking at my bright phone screen until midnight. My room was too warm, and my mind was too busy thinking about tomorrow’s work. I was ill. For my health, I decided to do everything to change it. I choose running or walking ,this can help me healthier. As this is boring, I join the sports club. Every morning ,I get up at 5:50 , then I go to the sport club ,about one hundred people get together,we walk from the park to No.1 Middle School. Two months later, I felt very happy because I can sleep well. Then , I work well, too.
