As a leading professor in the nonprofit sector, especially specializing in the taxation, you have published many books and articles concerning the topics. One of the articles that deeply impressed me is the one that you published three month ago relating to the potential influence of the US tax reform in the Nonprofit Sector and you also show your interest in the tax reform of other countries, such as China ect.. Nowadays many scholars and practioners in China are calling for the improvement of taxation system governing the charitable sector, I wonder what we can learn from the America experience.
Since tax incentive plays a key role in advancing the Nonprofit Sector, I have a proposal on how to improve the China's taxation system from the international perspective and I would like to know whether have you interest in commenting on it.
