《圣经》诗篇：第五篇

耶和华，求你留心听我诉说，顾念我的心思。
求你听我的呼求声，我的王，我的神，因为我在此向你祈祷。
耶和华，早晨你一定要听我的声音，早晨我必将向你表明我的心意，并且儆醒。
因为你不是赞扬恶事的神，恶人不能进入你的居所。
狂傲人无法站在你的眼前。凡作孽的，都是你所憎恨厌恶的。
你灭绝制造谎言的，耶和华憎恶一切喜欢流血和使诡计的。
而至于我，我必凭借你丰盛慈爱进入你的居所。我必怀着敬畏你的心而向你的圣殿下拜。
耶和华阿，求你因为我的仇敌，以你的公义，引领我，让你的道路在我面前展开。
因为他们的口中没有诚实，他们的心里装满邪恶。他们的喉咙，如同打开的坟墓。他们用舌头向他人谄媚。
神阿，请求你定他们的罪吧。愿他们因自己的而诡计跌坠。愿你因为他们许多的过犯而逐出他们，因为他们背叛了你。
凡投靠你的，愿他们喜乐，因为你护庇他们而常常欢呼。又愿那爱你名的人，都因为靠着你而欢欣。
因为你必会赐福与有义的人，耶和华阿，你必然会用慈恩四面护卫他，如同盾牌。

原文：
Give ear to my words, O LORD, consider my meditation.
Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God: for unto thee will I pray.
My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up.
For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee.
The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity.
Thou shalt destroy them that speak leasing: the LORD will abhor the bloody and deceitful man.
But as for me, I will come into thy house in the multitude of thy mercy: and in thy fear will I worship toward thy holy temple.
Lead me, O LORD, in thy righteousness because of mine enemies; make thy way straight before my face.
For there is no faithfulness in their mouth; their inward part is very wickedness; their throat is an open sepulchre; they flatter with their tongue.
Destroy thou them, O God; let them fall by their own counsels; cast them out in the multitude of their transgressions; for they have rebelled against thee.
But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.
For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.
