在和我的朋友们聊天的时候或者再微博上看动态的时候，经常会看到很多人说自己不够自信，不相信自己能够爱别人，更不相信自己能够被别人爱。在某一件事情上被被人否定了就觉得自己一定做不成这件事情，从而陷入无限的焦虑之中。
而看到这些人说到自己不自信的原因，很大一部分人说到是因为自己的原生家庭没有给自己带来太多的正能量，比如说，无论他们取得了什么成果他们的父母永远夸赞他，甚至在失败的时候不断的批评。比如说，因为觉得自己的原生家庭给不了自己很多金钱去买自己想买的东西，买不起奢侈品，化妆品等，满足不了自己的虚荣心，所以无法在同学面前炫耀等。
还有的人是因为自己的长相，比如说自己长得太胖，长得太矮，世界上有很多人因为自己长得胖而受到身边人的羞辱，导致不敢出门工作等，每天赖在家里坐吃等死。还有的人因为自己太矮了，在寻找对象的过程中，因为身高问题频频被拒绝而受挫，从而变得非常的不自信。

3、2 学会勇敢去爱。当你学会了勇敢的去爱别人，那么就能够感受到爱一个人是什么样的感觉，你就会逐渐感受到，这个世界上还有你值得爱的人，还有那么多美好的事情等着你去做，同时在你给越来越多的爱的时候，你也能够学会去获得别人的爱。你不会因为内心的自卑或者觉得自己付出的不够多而不敢接受别人的爱。
3、3学会接受自己。有很多人都对自己的长相等不是很满意，所以现在为了追求某一种美的状态，越来越多的人去整容。或许整容确实是一种能够增强自己的信心的行为，但是真正应该做的是发自内心的去接受自己，从内心里认可自己的外貌或者能力。
比如说有的人他的五官不是那么好看，但因为喜欢通过看书或者旅行来丰富自己的阅历，从而变现的非常端庄自信。所以应该学会接纳自己，同时不断地丰盈自己。
如果现在没有自信，不代表一直没有自信这些都是可以得到改变的，只要你不断地去做，去经历，总能够变成一个内心丰富的人，勇敢的面对生活中的困难以及勇敢的接受和给予爱的人。
一个人要从不自信到自信的状态，一定是他在左某一件事情的时候获得了极大的赞誉，这些赞誉让他有勇气去做之后的事情。在我们的生活中，如果看到别人很胆怯或者没有信心的时候，一定不要嘲笑对方，给予充分地鼓励和支持，或许你的行为能够改变一个人的生活。
