I listened to our associate Dean 's class this afternoon. And I was surprised by her wonderful teaching style. I heard she was upgraded from a general staff to the associate Dean within ten years. She created a miracle. I thought of the other two deans of our colleague. They have a common feature. They both have a high moral quality. If anyone of them cheat on others or have a moral defect, none of them could step up to such a high position. And when I recalled other bosses, I found most of them have the same quality.
I mentioned one of my colleague yesterday. She works well but she has a bad moral quality. She could lead a small group well by her tricks and makes a lot of money. But she couldn't be promoted to a higher position. No one will support her and she is also clear she couldn't convince others if she occupies such a high position.
Choosing to be pure on morality is the best policy for everyone of us. It couldn't guarantee us a good salary but it could win us a great fame which is priceless.
