The worst moment I dislike is waking up in the morning because I just want to sleep even more like five minutes. People always say,8hour of sleep a day is good enough but for me is never ever enough and I just want to sleep more. That’s the reason why I hate alarms and anything else that make me wake up, do you have the same opinion with me? Sometimes I’m thinking I am sick because I always think of sleep and how can I get more time for sleeping.so I started to check other people who surrounds me and I get the same answer most of the time.and they also want to sleep more. But there are a few people with less time of sleeping and they never feel tried and sleepy.is there something difference between us?or they had some special something? Then I’m trying to ask one of my friend .she told me ,they also want to sleep more but when they think about their goals then they may forgot or less feeling of sleep. Oh that’s the reason why. Now ,I get it. So my dear which are part of you? I’m the person who always loves sleeping but I also try to change it because I had many things to do then I decided to change my body-clock and refer to the right time to get the test until I am able to control myself.
