题目: Some people believe that there are many dangers associated with teenager use of cell phones because of the potential for bulling or abuse. Others say that cell phones have greatly improved teenagers’ lives.
Nowadays, with the development of technology, the popularization of cell phone is getting higher and higher, so many teenagers use cell phones. Some people think cell phones will affect the growth of teenager while others believe it is benefit for teenagers.
Cell phones may bring some social harm and potential bullying or abuse to teenagers. First of all, there are a lot of bad websites on cell phones, if teenagers see them, they may affect their mental health, which is not favor of their healthy growth. Second, because it is difficult to control the speech on the Internet, so, teenagers make comments, they may be attacked and abused by others.When teenagers don't form the right thoughts, the attack of speech may lead them to take the wrong road and form a vicious circle. Therefore, if teenagers do not use mobile phones correctly, they will be hurt.
However, cell phones can also improved teenager’s lives and make their lives safer. As we know, there are many potential dangers in society. For example, if the child is lost, parents or police can find him according to the location on the cell phone. Besides this, many teenagers like to go out with friends,, but their parents are worried. Because their parents can’t guarantee their safety.But with mobile phones, teenagers can report their safety to their parents at any time, and their parents can know their safety situation in time. Accordingly, mobile phones can also improve the lives of teenagers.
In short, from my perspective, mobile phones have advantages and disadvantages, if parents can guide teenagers to use them correctly, they can avoid bad aspects and use good aspects. (277 words)
