First of all, I wish you a happy Christmas. Our app has been rejected many times. We do n’t know the specific reason. At the same time, we have performed multiple checks to delete some suspicious content. No hidden function was detected. Since it hasn't been online for so long, new functions have failed to come online, user activity has decreased, and in-app purchase sales have fallen, and the company has caused a lot of losses. It is also a great loss for you. Our Android versions are normal iterations and can be used, but Apple users have not yet experienced the new features.

We send this email, sincerely hope that you can point out where we have specific problems, we must modify it to ensure compliance with Apple's rules, and hope to help us put the new version as soon as possible.

We are very sorry when we get this result. We do have erased all suspicious things that we think from the source code of our app.

We believe there is no third party payment mechanisms existing any more.

We don't understand what leads to your misunderstandings. We are pretty willing to follow guidelines of app store and apply all necessary modifications to the app.

However, all we have till now is just the comment "We continue to find that the app utilizes third-party payment mechanisms, such as AliPay (支付寶), Tenpay (财付通) Payment. "

It is very difficult for us to correct the app based on this single sentence. We guessed what might be wrong but there is no good result.

My colleague may not express his mind correctly in previous letters. He's got poor English skills.

Days ago, our operation team published an improper advertisement without checking the landing page. The landing page of that specific ad, which sells tickets, leads to AliPay. It violates the policy of AppStore and the application was rejected by reviewer. We apologize for that mistake.

We have withdrawn the advertisement immediately and re-submitted our application.

However, the application is turned down again. We have checked our ad very carefully and pretty sure there is no violation in ad content any more.

Would you please let us know what is wrong with our application? It would be much better if any snapshots or other evidences provided.

We are willing to obey the policy of AppStore and prepared to erase improper content if any.
