跟读心得日记：
1、I'll start by summarising these changes before we open the meeting to questions.（C13 Test1 Part2第3句）
开会，演讲等从什么事情开始说起，或者用什么事情来开头，就用start by sth(doing sth),其实还有一个就是单独放在句子前面的表达，叫To start with sth.
open这个词也是既可以用于具象，也可用用于抽象，open the meeting to questions, 就是开放提问的意思。
2、But it’s the overall rise in the volume of traffic of all kinds that’s concerning us. (C13 Test1 Part2第7句)
跟读这句话，我发现concern这个词的用法比较特别，它的主语既可以是人，也可用是物或事，是物或事是用主动语态，表示什么东西困扰我们，some problems are concerning us.
3、To date there’s not been any increase in traffic accidents, but that’s not something we want to see happen, obviously. (C13 Test1 Part2第8句)
跟读这句话，学习到了2个表达。第一个就是 To date，直到现在，在跟读的时候，我一直没有听出to date，而是听成today，后来看了文字才发现，听错了。原因在于自己不熟悉这个表达，只知道today，就脑补成today了。
第二就是 see sth happen 这个固定搭配，看见某事发生。刚开始我是有点奇怪see与hanppen两个动词直接组合在一起，后来琢磨了一下，see这个动词不定式后面，是不用to的，所以see happen其实就是一个动词不定式组合，与help do是一个套路。
4、People were very concerned about the lack of visibility on some roads due to cars parked along the sides of the roads. (C13 Test1 Part2第10句)
在这句话中，concern使用了concerned形式，变成了一个被动形式，表示人们被什么东西所困扰。
