2024年最后一个周末，在静悄悄，黑乎乎，冷飕飕的早晨，开车上高架，路上车辆比路灯还少，开着车心里想：“是不是有点疯狂啊？”来到球馆和球友打球拍照，觉这疯狂的行为又很值得。
这种感觉，有点像每次跑步，跑前会担心天太冷，天太热，跑完10公里之后这些都不重要了。
这种感觉，有点像每个项目启动，不同产品，不同客户，不同模式，做完之后觉得挺有意思的。
这种感觉，有点像去一个陌生地方旅行，担心天气，担心安全，去了之后，入乡随俗，过程远远超过了结果。
2024年继续做了每天的简单记录，工作的收获，一天中的“故事” 或者 “事故”，还有身边俗世牛人们说的话，他们经过我的2024，像风一样吹过，看似了无痕迹，却灿烂了春天的花，凉爽了漫长的盛夏，飞舞了冬天的雪花。我的世界，那么狭小，而领导，同事和朋友开阔了我的视野。
维特根斯坦说：“语言的边界就是世界的边界”。试着找到合适语言来表述，变得非常重要。 于是，我还是乐于教小朋友们演讲，今年我给云南宁蒗的中学生讲了两次课，我荣幸地窥探到云南大山里中学生的世界。 我给诺基亚的同事培训商务演讲，我也看到不同BU，面临商务世界如此不同。也曾和浦东创业者做过交流，我看到上海在创新，创业上的热情，投入和摸索。
“有限的目标，让人生变得很简洁”，这句话特别适合我的项目管理工作。 然而，对于家人和小孩， “有限的要求，无限的支持，让生活变得很有趣”，就像前几天，看到我儿子在学校弹吉他的视频，我老婆惊讶的嘴巴张的像窑洞一样大，表情里写满了惊讶。
我的同事说：“每一秒都是人生， 无贵无贱“。2024终要像风一样吹走，在我们的年轮上留下一个圆圈，让我们重新开启2025年。2025也会像风一样吹过，会有未知和挑战，不论烦恼和快乐不妨挂起一个风铃，风经过的时候，时间会唱一首属于你的歌。
2025年的第一缕风应该是充满祝福： 元旦是休息的日子，祝大家“无事衔杯何不可”，心情不差，身体正好，家庭幸福，收入不少！ (下面是英文)
On the quiet, dark and cold morning of last weekend in year2024, I drove on the Elevated road like a Ghost, with fewer vehicles on the road ( even less than streetlights ). I thought to myself “ Am I a little crazy? " I came to the stadium, Played basketball and took photos with friends. I felt crazy behavior got paid off.
This kind of feeling changing Journey is very similar to my experiences in year2024.
Before Running, I would worry about the weather too cold or too hot and found that it doesn't matter at all after 10km.
Facing new projects with different customers, different technology and even different operation modes, I would feel anxious at beginning but interesting at end.
Traveling to a NEW place, I would worry about the people and safety. Once you have been there, it turns out journey far exceeds the Destiny.
I made simple records of every single day in year 2024. My notes covers: learning from work, the "story" or"accident" on that day, and words from people around me. They went through my 2024, Like a blow of wind. Traceless as it is, they nourished spring flowers, cooled down long hot summer, and danced with snowflakes in winter. My world is little & small, but bosses, colleagues and friends have broadened my horizons.
"The boundary of language is the boundary of the world." Quote from Wittgenstein. It is extremely important to express properly. Therefore, I kept teaching kids in public speaking. Two Training sessions delivered to middle school students in Yunnan. I had the honor to peek into the world of students in the mountains. I taught Nokia colleagues do business presentation, which provide me a perfect chance to understand different BUs. By facilitating Startup and Innovation contest in Pudong, and I witnessed Shanghai's enthusiasm, investment and engagement in innovation and entrepreneurship.
"Limited goals make life simple",this quote is suitable for project management. However, for family and children, "limited demands & unlimited support will make life more interesting". A few days ago, when saw the video of my son playing guitar at school, my wife's surprised mouth was as wide as a cave, and her expression was full of surprise as if she won the lottery.
My colleague said," Every second is life". 2024 is gone with wind, leaving a circle on our annual rings. Year 2025 will also blow like the wind, and there will be unknowns and challenges ahead of us. No matter what the wind will bring to you, ups and downs, you might as well hang a wind-bell. When the wind passes, time will sing a song that belongs to you.
