John waston, a famous psychologist said: "Give me a dozen healthy infants, in my own specified world to bring them up, I'll guarantee to train him to become any type of specialist I might select--doctor,lawyer... " . His meaning is man and animal alike, do adjust themselves to their environment, no matter their original nature suit for. I still remembered a chat with a leader of the department. He has worked for decades in our company. His words impressed me: don't try to change this environment, what you could do is only adapt yourself to this environment. I have been doubting his opinion until now. But the environment have changed me a lot indeed. This is what I don`t expected initially.
