Nearly a week passed before the girl was able to explain what had happened to her.

1）这个音发音很简音，首先双唇闭拢，舌头自然放平，软颚下垂。
2）气流从鼻腔泻出，同时振动声带。
注意：/m/是个鼻音、浊辅音，发音时一定是闭拢双唇。发音时会感觉到嘴唇也会一起振动。

练习感悟：
1.今天的录音很清晰，但是一边听一边记笔记就有点跟不上了。这篇材料的时间状语很多，我就搞混了，复述的时候自己增加的内容完全不对，而且记的笔记也很乱……时间状语是个很总要的点，小故事按照时间顺序复述大概是没错的，复述还有一点就是不知道用词，纠结了下还是决定先查一下用法再复述。明天尝试下先翻译成中文再转化成英文，复述前查好词组和语法，其实这是当初我问s时他给过我的建议，不过我还是想试试自己的方法，现在看来不是我的方法有问题而是我高估了自己的能力。今天复述的时候一度想放弃，但是也很高兴，遇到瓶颈解决好了才能提升。
2.之前一直是在简书上给十个L4点赞和评论，今天开始在群里点评五个朗读。
3.为了更好地复述，增加英语笔记的学习。
