Scientific study method yield twice the result with half the effort. By the time I got access to a book named "Dark Time ",I had not found  efficient ways of study.

So how to study consistently and efficiently?

Firstly, focus on study quickly in order to enter into "immersive "state that we forget time lapse. Breaking  network three hours in morning, solving difficult problems first and avoiding  procrastination help to develop efficient habits, so that we can enhance learning density and improve concentration.

Secondly, we should maintain the focus state for long time. Setting the progress bar is indispensable.

Last but not least,improve anti-interference ability.

By all these method, the learning efficiency will be improved as soon as possible.
