而训练专注力的方法除了保持充足的睡眠，均衡的营养，锻炼身体，同时还有一种方法~冥想：找一个没有干扰的房间，坐在一个舒适的椅子上，双手放在扶手或膝盖上，然后闭上双眼，把注意力集中在当下的呼吸动作上，可以关注自己腹部随着呼吸的一起一伏，也可以关注鼻孔处空气流动的感觉，在这个过程中，一定会分心，忘记关注当下的呼吸，开始想一些过去或将来的事情，比如今天工作上哪些地方没做好，明天又有哪些计划安排，当发现自己走神了，重新把注意力拉回到呼吸上就好，重复这个从专注到分心，再重新专注的过程，直到时间结束；冥想的时间可长可短，可以每次冥想3~5分钟，每天冥想多次，也可以每天抽出半个小时或者更多时间做一次长时间冥想。

尝试了一个三分钟的冥想，第一感觉是这三分钟好漫长呀，中间确实有分心，强制把自己拉回关注呼吸上。接下来是尝试更长时间，网上有一种说法，冥想5分钟等于熟睡半个小时。加油， Get其中的精华！
