Slow down, when tired, and have a cup,
For Life's name is not 'Hurry-up'.
Slow down to hear children's laughter...
Slow down to have time to smell flower,
To feel the warmth of winter sun,
To idle in summer, to have fun
In reading poems, singing a song,
Seeking wonders in nature long,
Watching in children the changes,
Counting stars in the wilderness...
Slow down, my friend, and whole embrace
Life's marvels in hundreds of ways...
