May 29, 2025, Wang Jinsong, President of the Liaoning Chamber of Commerce in the Middle East, led a delegation to the Chinese Embassy in Bahrain for high-level discussions. The delegation included Mr. Zhang Yong, Chairman of Yuema Holdings; Mr. Li Lun, Director of the Investment Committee at the China Software Industry Association; and Mr. Peter Wang, Bahrain Representative of the Liaoning Chamber of Commerce in the Middle East.The delegation was warmly received by Ni Ruchi, Chinese Ambassador to Bahrain, and Mr. Li Baoan, Counsellor of the Embassy. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on multi-sector collaboration, injecting fresh momentum into economic and trade exchanges between Liaoning Province and Bahrain.

During the meeting, President Wang detailed plans for the upcoming Liaoning International Fair of Investment and Trade. As a flagship platform for Liaoning’s opening-up strategy and a premier brand for commercial exchange, Liaoning Trade Fair aims to create an integrated stage for showcasing products, facilitating technological exchange, and enabling project matchmaking. The event will gather leading enterprises from Liaoning’s key industries, highlighting the province’s industrial prowess and economic vitality to global audiences. President Wang also shared significant outcomes from the Bahrain visit. Through engagements with Bahraini stakeholders, both sides reached consensus on enhancing trade cooperation and evaluating investment environments, laying a solid foundation for Liaoning enterprises to expand across Bahrain and the wider Middle East. This initiative enables Liaoning businesses to introduce advanced technologies, premium products, and operational expertise to Bahrain-contributing to its economic growth-while simultaneously attracting Bahraini enterprises and capital to participate in Liaoning’s industrial modernization and economic transformation, fostering true mutual benefit.

Chinese Ambassador to Bahrain Ni warmly welcomed Liaoning and domestic enterprises to come to Bahrain for investigation and research. He pointed out that Liaoning, as an important industrial base in China, has a strong industrial foundation, a perfect industrial chain and advanced technology and talent reserves, and has obvious competitive advantages in equipment manufacturing, chemical industry, shipbuilding, information technology and many other fields, which are highly compatible with Bahrain's industrial development needs, and the prospects for cooperation between the two sides are broad. The embassy will give full play to its role as a bridge and link, do a good job in service guarantee, provide enterprises with all-round support such as policy interpretation, business docking and legal counseling, solve difficulties and problems encountered by enterprises in the process of development in Bahrain, and help them successfully take root in the Bahraini market. Subsequently, Ambassador Ni gave an in-depth introduction of Bahrain's business environment.
