4. Inference: The ability to infer and draw conclusions based on the information presented to you---assess the information given and draw conclusions based upon raw data. 推断的能力,评估手里的信息,原始数据,给出合理结论。
When faced with a new scenario or situation to evaluate, first try skimming for clues—things like headlines, images, and prominently featured statistics—and then make a point to ask yourself what you think is going on.
5. Determining relevance: figure out what information is the most important for your consideration. 确定相关性,一堆影响因素中,大量的信息中,那个才是最相关的,最重要的影响因素。
