iOS9 https问题

错误描述：

  • The resource could not be loaded because the App Transport Security policy requires the use of a secure connection.

解决办法:

  1. 在Info.plist 中添加NSAppTransportSecurity类型Dictionary
  2. 在NSAppTransportSecurity下添加NSAllowArbitraryLoads类型Boolean， 值为YES；
  3. 注意，不在测试的plist的添加
