Reading history makes people wise, reading poetry makes people witty, the math makes people subtle, the science makes people profound, moral makes people grave, logical makes people eloquent.
We don’t oppose entertainment reading, but what needs to be emphasized is entertainment books can’t improve your reading skill; entertainment books are useless to wisdom truly growth.
