男子温某因交通事故死亡。随后，其婚外情人泠某到私营诊所将此前冷冻的胚胎移植至其体内，生下一名男婴。泠某就此起诉温某妻子及儿子，要求让男婴继承温某的身故保险金、房产、公司股权等遗产份额。
近期，广东清远清城法院审理认为，泠某在温某死亡后未经温某合法的妻儿同意，私自进行人工授精或胚胎移植，其行为有悖于公序良俗原则，不应受到法律保护；现有证据不足以证明泠某所做的胚胎移植手术在温某生前经过了其同意，亦不能证明胚胎移植的精子来源于温某，其主张让男婴继承温某遗产于法无据，因此判决驳回相关诉讼请求。（@广州日报）
