Healthy habits

I think healthy habits are very important to us. Good habits can help us keep in good health. If we want to be healthier, we should eat more healthy food in nice junk. Food, fruit and vegetables are good for us. So we should try to eat lots of them and we should drink milk every day to keep healthy we should go to bed early and get up early. Don't stay up. Besides we'd better take more exercise. Exercise can help us be active and strong. Health is the most important thing in our life. So let's look after ourselves. Well.
