Recently the extreme snowstorm resulted in grave Texas blackouts in despite of cautions for decades. The disastrous aftermath can be attributed to planning failures which displayed a great challenge that changes must be made. With global warming intensifying, the existing infrastructure failed to meet the demand. For now, communities who faced climate-linked disasters have to invest fully in measures and shift their thinking.
