5.2什么是及时给予反馈的“专念练习”? In theory

导读问题:

1.反思:你在教学中是否遭遇过和本章导入案例类似的情况?当时的你是如何处理的?今天的内容对你有何启发?

Yes, I also met with the problem as the author…I was disappointed and said something about my Disappointment To my students.And after after class, I just thought maybe they are not arrive at the ability to do better and this kind of presentation Costs too much.That's all about what I did.But today when I read about the solution of the author, I found that maybe I didn't give my students Enough practice and instruction.

2.人类认知的重大瓶颈是什么?如何突破这种瓶颈?

We can improve our mental facility at a cognitive task with practice. Just as we improve our facility at any type of task,And then a mental process can become automatized, And automatic processes require little or no working memory

3.什么是过度学习?

Over learning Means some learning process that prevents us from developing and getting better at cognitive tasks. When people over learn, they perform the task by rote, the individual steps that makes the the skills come together into the larger and larger units as a consequence is smaller components of the activity are Essentially lost. But it is by adjusting and verify these pieces that can improve our performance.When people do over learned tasks. They perform unsinkly and continue to perform in the same manner every time instead of potentially changing circumstances.

That is to say, I will learning leads us to do the tasks. Mindlessly and makes it difficult for us too. Adapt to new circumstances and to update our skills.

4.如何理解专念练习的三个特征?

The first 1 is continuous creation of new Categories.That is to say, as a learner we must be willing to shift and develop categories that will get guide us through a cognitive task.For example, if we are using theory a to guide us, but we find it useless, then we can have the ability to know this and replace Theory  a with Theory b.

And the second 1 is openness to new Information.It may guide us to accept something new all the time.

And Mindful learner should have a a recognition that perspectives are always limited. And final conclusions are always provisional.That is to say, we should view everything with different perspectives.

5.为什么作者建议这样的练习要在课堂开展?

Because doing so well, he is a teacher and students opportunities to practice wonderful. And the teacher could lead the students to engage with the task in the kind of thoughtful ways.That is to say, the teacher can play the role of a tutor and I feel suggestions for creative new half ways.The teachers are the best guide that students have to work in mind for learning and to work practice in ways of remote mind for learning
