In Japan,a person named Akiyama Akihiro,he founded a company that is specialized in carpentry.This small company of only 34 employees has set a value of 1.1 billion yen(Yen)in annual sales.This impressive performance has come from Akiyama's extraordinary business management model.
这是一个学习型企业，这里规定男女一律剃寸头、禁止玩手机、禁止谈恋爱、禁止接受父母钱物、每天背法则三四遍、每天必须写总结反省，以及8年零假期，学满8年，第9年开始独立打天下。面对如此严格的管理，我想很多人是不可能接受的，但作为一个企业的管理者，我深知秋山利辉的良苦用心。
This is a learning enterprise,where men and women are required to shave their heads with short spiky hair,stop playing with cell phones,and stop falling in love,refrain from accepting the money and materials from parents,recite the law three or four times a day,write a summary and introspection every day,and have zero vacation for eight years,after study for eight years,and become independent in the ninth year.Faced with such strict management,I think many people are not able to accept it.But as a manager of a company,I know very well what Akiyama Akihiro is doing.
男女剃寸头，这是让学徒断除男女色相的分别之心，进而不起色欲。禁止玩手机，是让学徒不受世间杂尘的污染，保持清净之心，从而专注学习。禁止谈恋爱，让学徒在学习期间不因恋爱而浪费宝贵的时间。不接受父母钱物，让学徒养成自食其力的信念，从而学到真实的本领，才能使得父母心安理得。每天背法则三四遍，不间断地重复背诵，守住戒律，增强能量。每天写总结反省，君子终日乾乾，夕惕若厉,无咎。8年零假期，每天工作无有间断，从而养成坚韧不拨、终生勤劳的优良作风，使学徒终生受益。这真是智者的管理模式。
Men and women shave their heads with short spiky hair,this is a separate mind that allows apprentices to cut off men and women's hue,and can't afford lust.It is forbidden to play with mobile phones.It is for apprentices to be free from the pollution of the world's dust and to maintain a clean mind,so that they can concentrate on learning.It is forbidden to fall in love so that apprentices do not waste precious time during their studies.Do not accept parental money and materials,and allow apprentices to develop self-supporting beliefs so that they can learn real skills and make their parents feel at ease.Every day,recite the regulations three or four times,continuous repetition of recitation,guarding the commandments,enhance energy.Every day they write a summary of their reflection.The gentleman will continue to work day after day.In the 8 years and zero holidays,there are no interruptions in work every day,so as to develop a good style of perseverance and diligence,which will benefit apprentices for the rest of their lives.This is really a wise man's management model.
这种形同出家人的管理模式从中诞生了最为真实的实际效益——年销售额11亿（日元）。这些效益来源于日本皇室、日本宫内厅、迎宾馆、国会议事堂和知名大饭店。这就是秋山利辉的成功之道。工匠精神，利而无往，往而无害，安平泰。
This kind of monk management model has produced the most real practical benefits-annual sales of 1.1 billion yen（Japanese yen）.These benefits come from the Japanese royal family,the Japanese Imperial Palace Hall,the guest house,the National Assembly Hall,and famous hotels.This is Akiyama's success.Craftsman's spirit is good for nothing,everything can be achieved smoothly and beneficially,hence comes peace.
