下载conda
conda是linux应用商店，使用Miniconda就可。
使用Miniconda清华镜像网站进行下载（https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/miniconda/）
要选择版本（使用uname-a查看服务器是多少位的），复制最新版本的下载链接。
- cd ～/biosoft
-
wget 下载链接。
3.enter 进行下载

- 注意：要看到前面是邮箱发送的用户名，这样才是登陆状态。
Miniconda安装
bash Miniconda3-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh
一直安装失败，会卡在界面，无法输入【yes/no】。退出后重新下载安装也在卡，可能的原因是电脑在下载大内存文件，出现卡顿。
- 安装成功后需要激活
source ~/.bashrc
添加镜像
# 使用清华镜像
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/conda-forge
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/bioconda
conda config --set show_channel_urls yes
开始使用
查看当前服务器安装的所有软件列表: conda list
搜索conda软件：conda search 软件名
安装软件：conda install 软件名 -y
卸载软件： conda remove 软件名 -y
