一、任务
CPR材料录音,要求时间控制在4分钟,前后误差5秒。
二、练习步骤
阅读材料。查不认识的单词:Cardiopulmonary 、resuscitation、cardiac、 arrest,了解词义与发音。
听录音。看着材料听6期模仿训练材料CPR原声。
自己朗读。分段朗读,不会的地方听原声后再重读。
跟读。跟着原声朗读。并做了简单的断句和重音标注。
录音。刚开始是自己录,发现比原声时间相差太多,超时严重,为了规范时间,后来改为跟读录音。
编辑录音。因为一口气录不下来,用了个讨巧偷懒的方式,分段录音后再合成,然后掐头掐尾,3分56秒。
不足
没有做盲听。上来直接看材料。
听录音走神。特别是长句:
CPR combines /breathing into the victim's mouth /and repeated presses /on the chest.
More than one thousand of the victims received some kind of medical assistance from witnesses.
It said /people should increase the number of chest presses from/fifteen to thirty/ for every two breaths given.
Gordon Ewy is a heart doctor/ at the University of Arizona College of Medicine/ in Tucson.

材料语义掌握不到位。特别是看着材料朗读的时候,脑子全是发音,想不起整个句子的意思。
带S结尾的单词发音不准确。Presses、witnesses、breaths。
过去式的发音不准确。Received、suffered、survived、changed。
练习时间
加上录音60分钟左右,中间断断续续还做了别的事。
