New Hampshire ordered the eviction of the tiny-home dwellers as a result of building code violations and without an occupancy permit. As a matter of fact, there is a paradox in a building code for tiny houses and an occupancy permit for a home. Local legislators failed to introduced an bill to help the residential plots of tiny houses last year. However, many tiny-houses residents could end up with no housing if quality housing were to regulated sternly.
