The first time to meet South Lake was in autumn. In our leisure time after dinner, two or three friends invited each other and we walked around South Lake. The wind was whistling that day, and the waves were beating against the shore, one after another, as if to wrap the whole world in their bellies. The willows swaying along the lakeside seemed to be dancing heartily to the exciting music.
The first time to succumb to the beauty of the South Lake was in summer. The sunshine in summer was always in a hurry. It was busy probing in the morning and rushing home in the evening. Not surprisingly, on a sweaty evening, I saw the South Lake in its golden glow. Golden light sprinkled on the lake surface, reflected in the lake water, light pulled out a long shadow, in the lake pulled out a golden line. The sun shined on the lake. The Lake shined on the sunshine. For a moment, it couldn't tell whether it's a light or a reflection.
