So, it seems thatI executevdb-config --interactivemaybesratoolkit.2.5.2The next command. That is:sratoolkit.2.5.2. Instead, I just downloadedsratoolkit.2.10.7？

 

Solution to this discovery:

go withIn the directory of SRAToolkit.2.10.7, execute ./bin/vdb-config --interactive。

The configuration interface is different from the last configuration interface.

After the configuration is complete, then execute ./bin/fastq-dump command, no previous Error, perform success.
