大约是自己小时候受了老大要让老二的委屈，所以，大部分的家长都奉行不管孩子闹矛盾的原则，不管孩子们闹成什么样，坚决不干涉孩子的矛盾，免得把老大受不公平待遇憋出阴影。
可是，不管就公平了吗？
老大多吃几年的饭，见识和力气都比老二多，放任他们自己闹腾，肯定是老二吃亏，长此以往，必然会助长老大的嚣张气焰。
但是如果凡事都要老大让老二，也会养成老二飞扬跋扈的性格，所以凡事不可偏向一边，取中庸之道才是上上策。
这一集里，佩奇跟乔治玩扔球，但是乔治太小，运动能力稍微有点弱，佩奇跟他玩得不过瘾，于是开始捉弄乔治。
她故意说给乔治球，然后又大力扔给猪妈妈，乔治拿不到球，便开始哭了。

我小时候也有同样的经历，我们一群小孩子的玩物被邻居大哥哥给放到树上，我们拿不到，他又故意不给我们，那时的感觉真的觉得是被羞辱了，心里是暗暗想：我要长高，再也不被你欺负。
大的孩子总是仗着自己身高优势，总是会把玩具举高或者放在别处，在她看来是好玩，但是这种以大欺小的坏毛病不能助长。
“熊孩子”只能靠“熊方法”来治，所以猪爸爸也用身高优势来“欺负”佩奇，让她知道以大欺小的后果。
都说两个孩子闹矛盾大人不参和，风孩子们自己解决，但是像这种情况，如果猪爸爸不干涉，佩奇欺负乔治觉得好玩，她不能感同身受乔治的痛苦，长大很难能够体谅他人。
而乔治，则会因为长期的被忽略，可能会因为情感上得不到关照，要么学会以暴制暴去欺负比他更小的孩子，要么性格懦弱，胆小怕事。

好吧！我承认我说得太过严重，因为这是最坏的结果，大部分的孩子都不会变成这样。
但是，小孩子闹矛盾，大人真的要做一下裁判，谁都不偏颇才是最好的，不一定要老大一定让老二，也不一定老二一定给老大欺负。
做父母的作用在于保证两个孩子都在正确的轨道上运行，不偏不倚。

佩奇：George, you're doing it all wrong!
佩奇：This is how to catch a ball.
佩奇：Not like this.

妈妈：Really? Oh, well, I know a game that will teach George how to catch. It's called ''Piggy-in-the-Middle''.
妈妈：Peppa, you take the ball and stand over there
妈妈：and George, you stand over there.
妈妈：Good! You have to throw the ball to each other and I have to try and catch it. I'm the piggy in the middle.
佩奇：Mummy is the piggy in the middle.
佩奇：Catch, George!
妈妈：Oh! Missed it!
旁白：George has caught the ball.
Hurray!
妈妈：Well done, George. Now you throw the ball to Peppa.
妈妈：Oop! Try again.
妈妈：Oh! Try again.
旁白：George can't throw the ball past Mummy Pig.
佩奇：Come on, George. Give the ball to me.
Oop!
佩奇：Silly George. I can do that, too.
Oh!
旁白：Peppa wants to copy George but she's too big and has got stuck.
妈妈：I've got the ball. Peppa, now it's your turn to be piggy.
佩奇：George! Catch!

佩奇：Caught it! George," you're the piggy!
佩奇：George! Catch.
妈妈：Catch the ball, George.
佩奇：Catch, George.
妈妈：George, catch."
佩奇：Here's the ball George.

妈妈：Oh, dear! Peppa, you shouldn't tease George like that.
佩奇：Sorry, George!
爸爸：What's all the noise?
佩奇：Daddy, George is too little to play ''Piggy in the middle''.
爸爸：Oh, I'm sure he's big enough.
佩奇：No, he isn't, Daddy, watch.
爸爸：Catch it, George.

佩奇：That's not fair!
爸爸：Yes, it is. I just gave George a helping hand.
佩奇：Mummy, can I have a helping hand?
