这一集主要是表达好朋友到家里来玩的情景，然而我关注的却是如何处理二胎孩子之间的矛盾。
佩奇的好朋友苏西来了，佩奇很开心，只想跟苏西玩，然而乔治像个跟屁虫一样一直跟着佩奇，想要加入姐姐们的游戏。
佩奇和苏西在玩玩具，乔治不请自来，直接拿了玩具就想要加入，被佩奇第一次拒绝了，佩奇让他去玩自己的玩具。
乔治可怜巴巴的站在门口看着佩奇和苏西玩耍，心里好生羡慕，又一次主动拿起球想要加入，佩奇看到了又拿走了他的球，再次拒绝乔治，并且让他去其他地方玩。

楼下的猪妈妈清楚楼上发生的一起，她看到乔治难过，猪妈妈心疼乔治没人玩，但是她的做法是帮乔治找“游戏”玩，邀请乔治一起做巧克力饼干。
这是值得我们借鉴的地方，猪妈妈没有参和女孩子们的游戏，即使乔治很难过，她也没有干涉佩奇，要求姐姐一定要带着弟弟玩，诸如此类。这是我们经常犯的错误。
猪妈妈没有强迫女孩子们一定要带着乔治玩，但是女孩子们缺少游戏伙伴时马上就主动找乔治一起玩儿了。
佩奇当医生，苏西做护士，乔治是病人，不明所以的猪爸爸进来看到乔治躺在床上，以为乔治怎么了，马上出声询问。
得知他们只是在玩游戏，猪爸爸马上进入角色：我可以来探望病人吗？而猪妈妈此时也做好饼干了，来加入游戏，说饼干是治疗乔治的药。
然后猪爸爸还假装要找佩奇“医生”看病，佩奇乐得哈哈大笑，一家人其乐融融。

最高明的地方就是猪妈妈处理佩奇和乔治之间的矛盾，一个想跟姐姐玩，一个不想要弟弟玩，猪妈妈既没有批评佩奇，也没有怂恿乔治去一定要找姐姐玩，而是分散乔治的注意力。
这个很难得，因为我们或多或少都会把自己的意志强加给小孩，但是猪妈妈没有任何干涉。
旁白：Peppa is Waiting for her best friend, Suzy Sheep.
佩奇（好朋友来了很开心）：Hello, Suzy!
苏西：Baaaa! Hello, Peppa.
旁白：Suzy Sheep has come to play with Peppa.
旁白：Peppa loves Suzy. Suzy loves Peppa. They are best friends.
妈妈：Peppa, Why don't you and Suzy go and play in your bedroom?
佩奇：Yes, Mummy!
旁白：George wants to play, too.
旁白：Peppa and Suzy love playing in Peppa's bedroom. So does George.
佩奇：No, George. This game is just for big girls. Go and play with your own toys.
旁白：Peppa and Suzy want to play on their own.
佩奇：I'm a tiny little fairy princess! I'm going to wave my magic wand... and turn you into a frog!
旁白：George doesn't like playing on his own. George wants to play, too.
佩奇：No, George! I'm playing With Suzy... You'll have to play somewhere else.
旁白：George wants to play with Peppa. He feels a bit lonely.
妈妈：George, I need some help!! I'm making chocolate chip cookies!! Someone needs to lick out the bowl.
旁白：George likes helping Mummy make cookies. But he likes playing with Peppa more.
苏西：Baaaa! I want to be a nurse!
佩奇：I want to be a doctor.
苏西：But who's gonna be the sick person?
佩奇：GEORGE!!!
旁白：Peppa and Suzy love playing doctors and nurses. So does George. Peppa listens to George's chest.
佩奇：NoW, George, take a big breath in... then cough.
佩奇：Mm, I think your heart's a bit loose......I'll put a plaster on it.
苏西：Baa! Open wide, please.
旁白：Suzy takes George's temperature.
苏西：Oh, dear, you're very, very hot. I think you have to stay in bed for three years.
旁白：Daddy Pig has come to find George.
爸爸：Oh, no! What's wrong with George?
佩奇：Don't worry, Daddy. It's only a game. George is our patient.
爸爸：Oh, I see. Can the patient have a visitor?
佩奇：Just for a little while. He might get tired.
异口同声：Cookies!!!
妈妈：Yes, they're for George. They're his medicine to make him feel better.
爸爸：Um, excuse me, doctor, Can you help me? I have a sore tummy.
爸爸：That tickles!
佩奇：I can hear it rumbling. I think you're hungry, Daddy.
爸爸：Then I think I need lots of cookies to make me better.
妈妈：And me!
佩奇：And me!
苏西：And me!Baa
